Houston, Texas – April 9th, 2014 – Focus POS, a leading provider of restaurant point-of-sale software, has been recognized as one of Business Solutions Magazine’s (BSM) 2014 Best Channel Vendors in the POS software technology category.
In its annual survey, BSM invited its value-added reseller (VAR) subscribers to rate their vendor partners on a scale of 0 (worst) to 5 (best) in seven categories: service/support, channel friendliness, channel program, product features, product reliability, product innovation and adequate VAR margins.
2,508 people participated in the 2014 survey for a total of 4,680 validated votes. For each vendor, an overall score was determined by adding the cumulative scores of the seven aforementioned categories and dividing that number by the number of VAR subscribers who rated them. Vendors who ranked within the top five percent of each surveyed technology category received the Best Channel Vendor award.
Resellers exhibited a high level of satisfaction with Focus POS’ products and services. The company received exceptional scores in categories such as channel friendliness and product reliability.
